Monsterlings — Delete your data

Monsterlings has no accounts, so there is no account to close. The only thing the game can ever send us is an optional Hall of Fame entry, and this page explains how to have one removed.

What we may hold

If — and only if — you chose a name and tapped SUBMIT on the leaderboard, we hold that entry:

the six-character name you typed
the result it was submitted with (a score, a level, an arcade wave, or a puzzle solve time)
a random installation number the app generated for itself, used only to limit how many entries one installation can send per day

We hold nothing else. No email address, no name, no contacts, no location, no advertising identifier — the game asks for none of them.

How to have an entry deleted

Email pouyan.meishany@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my leaderboard entry" and tell us:

the name as it appears on the board (for example MOSSY0)
roughly when you submitted it, and which board it is on

That is all we need to find it — we do not need, and will not ask for, any personal information to process the request.

Entries are removed within 30 days, usually the same day. Once deleted, an entry is gone from the leaderboard and from our database; it is not archived.

Deleting everything else

Your progress, best scores, coins, unlocked monsters and puzzle times are stored on your device and never sent to us. Deleting the app removes all of it, and stops any further submissions.

Removing a name someone else submitted

If a name on the leaderboard is offensive, you can report it from inside the game — open HALL OF FAME, tap REPORT, select the names, and tap SEND. Names reported by several players are hidden automatically and reviewed. You can also email the address above.
